Shipping Policy.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. We operate Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (holidays excluded). Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping on orders $99+ (where applicable)
- We do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped to the address provided
Package Protection
We strongly recommend adding Package Protection at checkout for added peace of mind. This covers eligible issues such as lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit.
Orders with Package Protection will automatically require a signature upon delivery to help ensure the package is received securely.
If Package Protection is not selected, your order will ship without a signature. By choosing this option, you acknowledge that Purple Haze is not responsible for packages once they are in the carrier’s possession, including those that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered.
Waiving Signature & Protection
By waiving signature, you acknowledge and agree:
- Purple Haze is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, missing, or marked delivered by the carrier
- No refunds, replacements, or store credit will be issued for delivery issues when signature is waived
(unless you purchased package protection and your claim is approved)
Carriers & Order Tracking
We ship using USPS and/or UPS depending on your destination and order. Carrier transit times do not include processing time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You’ll always see the full shipping total before completing your purchase.
If tracking is provided by the carrier, we’ll email your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to refresh after label creation.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@thepurplehaze.com within 72 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box and label
- Photos of the item(s) and any damage
If packaging appears tampered with, contact us immediately.
Returns & Refunds
- If the shipping label has not been created, you may request a cancellation for a full refund.
- Once a shipping label is created, the order is in processing and cannot be refunded.
- In-transit products are non-returnable.
- Approved issues (damage/incorrect items) may be eligible for store credit.
- We do not offer refunds for personal preference (taste, dryness, etc.)
Return/issue requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. If your return or issue is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We’re unable to change orders after they’re placed. To request a cancellation, email info@thepurplehaze.com immediately. Cancellations are only possible if the shipping label has not been created.
