At The Purple Haze, we aim to deliver products of the highest quality. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Exceptions:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at info@thepurplehaze.com.

All refund or replacement requests must include photos of the product and packaging for verification.
We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
